Hydroseeding Guarantee
HYDROSEEDING GUARANTEE (guarantee does NOT apply to other methods of seeding)
Should any areas fail to germinate or remain thin, TR Landscapes will reseed those areas with a mechanical type seeder until established at no additional charge.
The TR Landscapes guarantee is voidable if:
- Full payment is not made in accordance with terms of the agreement.
- If lawn is damaged or destroyed by:
- Improper watering by owner.
- Acts of God such as floods, drought, tornadoes, etc.
- Vandalism or traffic by construction or other third parties beyond the control of TR Landscapes.
- Improper ground preparation by contractor other than TR Landscapes. (Minimum 1.5" loose soil)
- Contractor or owner requests seeding on ground which is undisturbed or on areas which TR Landscapes has advised against seeding.
- A stream of water erodes the soil or if erosion begins beyond the HYDROSEEDING limits.
Damage or loss by any of the above does not release the owner from full payment.
